Problem installing apps on Adobe Creative cloud

Hi all,

I'm a student and I have free creative cloud. I'm now trying installing on a MacBook Pro Bigsur 11.2 Adobe apps but when I push the botton "install" on the Creative Cloud appears on the screen this message: "You don't have access to manage apps. Permission from your IT administator may be required to enable apps management".

I've already installed Adobe Creative Cloud on another PC but my account permit to download it on differen laptops so I think this won't be the problem.

Thank you all

Have a nice day

Laura

uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)

sign into your mac computer using an admin account
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
