Hello,

I recently received a new computer at work (Windows 10) and am having problems installing creative cloud.  I started with Photoshop, it hangs on the install and does not give an error.  Any ideas?  Thank you,

Jackie

try connecting outside your corporate environment to circumvent their firewall. or confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.

for help with that and other common secure adobe.com connection problems read, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

There is no "corporate environment".  This is a private office, am the only person using this machine.
