Problem loading trial

Hello, 

really upset of the customer services. I need to download the trail version of light box.  I have now been charge twice for a trail version,  and I am unable to download it.  System just keeps asking me to enter my password over and over again. Is there a problem tonight?

Claire2002, sorry to hear you are facing problems, judging from the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum and your activation history, it would appear that you attempting to utilize an individual Creative Cloud membership on a computer that is owned and managed by the organization that you work for?  Is this correct?

 

If you are attempting to use an individual membership, on a managed network, then please work with whoever manages the network to verify you are able to access all of the servers listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.  

 

If you work in a secured environment, or your organization would like more control over the download, install, and licensing process, then I would recommend a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise memberships.  Both memberships offer the ability to deploy applications, updates, and licenses for the CC membership over the local network.
