what neefs to be resolved? Clicking Repair does resolve it, but this message keeps coming back!

Alma, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html which discusses several troubleshooting steps you can utilize to resolve the error.  If you find that the Creative Cloud desktop app continues to be damaged then please review the settings for any installed utility or backup software that has the ability to affect files on the computer.  Something is periodically deleting or affecting the files utilized by the Creative Cloud desktop app.
