Problem to log in on my home network

While I can log in and use the adobe cc apps without any problems when connected to my University wifi (Eduroam), whenever I get home and connect to my own wifi network can never get it to work.

My system is a MacBook Pro from 2015 on macOS Mojave. My home internet connection is provided by FastWeb and my home connection speed is 1000 MB/s.

PS: My adobe cc subscription is the one discounted for students. This is probably not related but I thought it might be worth mentioning.

Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps in this help document: How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications​?
