Problem updating APPs

Unable to access Creative Cloud console to update APPs.
I changed the pwd on the website but also using the new one it doesn't work.

Do I miss something to do or what? Thanks a lot to who will help me.

    Hi,

    could you please share what is the message that you get during sign in?

    do you able to sign in on website on www.adobe.com ?

    If yes, then creative cloud must be asking for system/computer password during update. (In case of mac computer)

    I didn't though that it have to be the Computer Account pwd, but it was!
