Problem updating CS6

Whenver I try to install the update to CS6 it fails the install with error code U44M1P7.  I'm running Mac OS 10.7.4 and there is no antivirus running.  CS6 was purchased as part of Creative Cloud if that makes a difference for any reason.

    What update are you trying to apply?  You can find the log files for the update in Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers.  You can find directions on how to review the log files at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

    Download the update manually from the Adobe site and install it.

    Tried that and still fails.  This time with error code U44M2P7.
