problem when installing CC: want it in English but is showing in French.

Even if I have asked to download CC in English, it is still showing in French. I cannot install the aps in English. What can I do??? Will I have to uninstall the downloaded files of CC to be sure it was previously downloaded in English,, and reinstall it again. I do not know how to check which language it is in the file. Please let me know of all the procedures to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks a lot for any help.
