Problem when trying to install CS4 into my Windows 7 computer

I clicked on the Adobe extractor file.  After I click to run the files, I get this message, "A problem occurred while extracting the archive.  Please try downloading the Adobe CS4 Design Standard again."

I have the same problem. Downloaded several times with different PCs and browsers. Tried to install on three different PCs - one running WIndows 10 and the two others Windows 7. It's not possible to extract the files.

what files (names and extensions) did you download and what are the sizes shown on your hd?

check your downloaded exe and 7z file sizes.  if they match the expected file sizes, put both in the same directory and click the exe.
