problem with a subscription to the creative cloud. The money was debited from the card, but the subscription information did not appear in the account. in the creative  cloud program offers to buy a subscription and only a demo version is available.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
