Hi.

I have an Adobe Id, every mounth I pay 120 SEK, last date was April 30.

Now I can´t login- the errorcode is- The testperiod is over.

Can you please help me?

Hi Ulrika,

Sorry that you are having trouble using your Creative Cloud apps as they are giving an error message that your trial is ended.

To resolve this issue please refer to the following help document: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.

If the above document doesn't help, then this could be a connectivity issue between your machine and Adobe servers, hence to troubleshoot that see: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.
