Problem with activation Adobe Design Standard CS4 on my Mac ....

Hello,I have a problem with my license key for the Adobe Design Standard CS4 package. The key is traditional and the installer does not accept it. Chat support does not support help. I used to have such a problem and support helped me by first activating as a test version, then I was told to open something in Adobe Photoshop files and open it, but unfortunately I do not remember exactly what it was ...I use a MacOSX High Sierra ... Just do not tell me about incompatibility ... because I've heard it before and then support helped in the solution, everything worked great on this system, until I had to reinstall it and go through activation again ...I am asking you for help ...
