PLEASE HELP !!!

I need advice on Adobe ID, I have a new payment card, and I'm being warned to update my card information. When I change "valid thru" information button "save" doesn't work. I tried Safari, Firefox, Mac OS, Windows and nothing. Do you have any experience or advice? Thanks a lot!

No not at all.... My banks debit card doesn't work online at all ever
