Problem with buying Photoshop CC / Can't buy

Hi,

I tried to buy Photoshop but after I confirmed my PayPal the page jumped back to the confirmation of monthly / once a year payment. What can I do? It's happening again and again. It's enough money on my bank account. I tried it even with a bank transfer but nothing works. What can I do?
