Problem with cancelling my plan
I want to cancel my subscription at Adobe but I can't. I've already paid an installment and that payment doesn't show up in the billing history, and neither does the plan I'm paying for. In other words, I want to cancel the subscription and I can't, and I keep getting charged for a service I'm not using. How can I resolve this situation? I can't talk directly with someone from Adobe and I really don't know what to do.
