Problem with Creative Cloud serial number

I go to Sheridan College, and my program gives every student a 1 year subscription to Creative Cloud. I was on campus when I entered in my redemption code, and was then asked to add a credit card to my account in order to activate the membership. I didn't have my card on me, so I put my laptop to sleep and went home. When I got home, the page reloaded, and when I re-entered my serial number, it said that it's already been redeemed. Now I can't download Creative Cloud. What should I do?

It sounds like you have created the account since the redemption code is already deemed used, so you should only need to access your account.  I am not sure how that needs to be done if you have no information to sign in with, so if you have no access to access your account you should contact Adobe Support thru chat to work things out.
