Problem with Creative Cloud Update - no connection to server
Creative Cloud on my PC (Windows 7) tries to update to latest version. Downloading update stops at 2 % with statement "Connecting to server". My anti-virus program BITDEFENDER and Firewall are deactivated. I have installed Creative Cloud on my PC and my Laptop (Windows 8). On both platforms I got the same error. Creative Cloud is not able to update. Has anyone an idea, what could be wrong?
