Problem with CS4 installation

Hi! I have a problem. I try install my Photoshop CS4 on 10.13.6 Mac OS X and i have message: The serial number you entered is not valid. Click OK to retry entering the serial number.

    I still have problem, I delete files or used CC Cleaner. I have te same message: The serial number you entered is not valid. Click OK to retry entering the serial number.
