problem with download / activation Acrobat X Standaard

After re-installing the pc I had to downlaod again Acrobat X.

After the download the serial number was rejected

    That doesn't get me further, i receive only a contact screen, no email adress or what so ever.

    purchase info: i bought a dell computer with standard installation of adobe.

    Now i had to reinstalll windows so had to reinstall adobe as well.

    download is only for XI pro not for X standard and XI pro doesn't accept serial number

    it takes a lot of time all this and I don't have much time so I'm a little bit agitated
