Problem with education account NYU

Hey,

 

I hope you guys are keeping well. I made my portfolio on what I thought was my educational account (my email @5568912.edu) but apparently I had to sign into the adobe creative suite another way (using MFA through the NYU suite). I can''t figure out a way of contacting adobe to know whether they can help me migrate the site from my personal account to my NYU account. Any insight?

    If you haven't already, you must submit a request directly to Adobe Portfolio Team.

    Regular Adobe support agents don't know anything about Portfolio or Behance.
