Problem with installation of Creative Cloud

Hello,

My problem is the following:

Creative Cloud couldn't complete the update process and it showing Error Type 1, I have checked in AdobeHelp page for troubleshooting, it was advised to uninstall the Creative Cloud using Creative Cloud Uninstaller, and after it was done I have started installation again but the problem remained the same. Also, both Photoshop and Lighroom have disappeared from my computer.

After that i tried anoter solution using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, but result is still the same, now after all these actions nothing is working.
