problem with installing adobe illustrator cs6?

I am having trouble installing adobe illustrator cs6.When it gets to 2% it says "the setup encountered an error (37) during install. Please restart the machine and try again." I tried restarting my computer but it still shows that message.

Also at the beginning it said "Installer has detected that a machine restart may be pending.It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart and try again" and i clicked ignore and continue.

When i installed adobe photoshop cs6 last year it was successful.
