problem with installing photo editing package 2020

Hello there. I have purchased the photoshop /bridge/lightroom package. I have downloaded it and tried to install it but nothing happens. Can anybody help? thanks 🙂

Are you on Mac or Windows? What is the name of the file you've downloaded? What's the last thing that worked? Is it actually nothing happening at all or is there an error?

Hello there! Thanks a lot for the reply. I finally found the issue. I had to move that o he files to the applications folder in order for them to work..
