problem with installing the adobe desktop app

So , I am experiencing a problem with installing the desktop app , it goes up to 39% and it stops, I've been reading forums troubleshoot guides, literally I've tried everything and it doesn't work, and I uninstalled the app because I had previous issues with the web fonts and I can't install it back again, I really don't know what to do. So any recommendations will help!

Have you also tried using the Cleaner Tool as suggested by Peru Bob? I work at a university where we often have issues installing Adobe software on machines if any Adobe software had been previously installed at some point. We typically have to use the Cleaner tool first... then it works!
