Problem with Multilingual

Problem with set up on multi lingual.

I recently sent a French copy of photoshop CS5 that I purchased and have not registered yet to a friend

in germany as a xmas present. It won't let him activate in german.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have the

order number and serial and they have never been activated.

    The language is dictated by the serial. If it's a French serial, the program will install in French. Nothing you can do about it. There are hacks and tricks floating on the web to get it to run in English by stripping the localization files, but that's as good as it gets and it's not perfect since some parts will stay in the original install language. Depending on when and where you bought it, you should consider returning the package and getting a refund. If that's not possible, your friend should request a language swap by contacting German support.
