You need to speak to your school.

Accessing your schools Online Class Rooms, whatever that may be, has nothing to do with any Adobe program or Adobe in general.

It is a School thing, Not an Adobe thing.

What if the instructor is using Adobe Connect which is free for 90 days during the pandemic?

If you don't need to download "Adobe", then this may not be a question for our forums. Check with your school's IT department, or tell us more about what you are trying to achieve. I found several references for "TAFE". If it's this one in Australia, there is a chat icon in the lower right corner.

Please

1. Tell us WHICH Adobe product you mean?

2. Tell us exactly what happens

3. Give any error messages in full (except for personal info)
