Problem with opening a program (p.e. Illustrator)

Question

I haven´t been able to open my Adobe CC programs all day (p.e. Illustrator). A window opens constantly, asking you to buy a subscription. Even though I have a subscription and it is still running.

I am also signed in and when I try to buy it again I get a massage that a purchase has already been made.

What can I do to launch the program again?
