Problem with password only for the app

I cant open the App properly, doensnt work the password! but for my account web work....how can i solve the problem?

Adobe appls do not require passwords.  Can you explain a little more of what you are encountering?  Usually, password issues involve the system security, not the Adobe software.

OMG im so stupid! you are right!!!

the problem was thati i installed the creative cloud and use just photoshop, after 7 days i would try another app but when i was pressing "install" appear a windows to ask me the password for the account.... and i was trying with the adobe ID but was the windows from the mac security.

OMG i spent all the morning trying to change password and other things!!!!!
