Problem with Photoshop elements

I have just purchased Photoshop elements 2021 and find that it is not compatible with my mac (High Sierra 10.13.6). I am not able to update mac to latest version. I have run Elements version 2020 on a trial on my mac with no problems. Can I download the earlier version to solve the problem?

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
