problem with re install of CS5 and photoshop CC

Question

Hi fellow Adobe users\i have a new pc and have tried to re install photshop CS5 - it wont install  - i have also tried to install photoshop CC trial and it also fails - cchas the code 6 andsays it did not install everything thanks for your help

Jondibbs what specific error are you receiving? Please feel free to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
