i have paid for my cloud membership, i have update to reader XI and have logged in with my adobe user acct. i do not ave the option to license, and it still will not allow me to alter , export pdf's or upload/alter pdf's unless i pay for an aditional subscription.  is there a reason i need an adition subscription?

Adobe Reader uses the CreatePDF and ExportPDF online services, for which you have to pay a subscription fee.

Use Acrobat Pro for these functions; you have already paid for these with your Cloud membership.

You will want to uninstall Adobe Reader and install Adobe Acrobat XI Professional from the Adobe Application Manager.  You can find details on how to accomplish this at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0.
