Problem with reinstalling CS6

Hi, I have a complex problem with Cs6.

  1. I deactivated Cs6, after trying to install it again I got information that my code is not working.When I contacted adobe support, I got an information that the serial number is correct and  they see it in the system
  2. 2.My Cs6 doesn't appear in the products on my Adobe account, although I have an invoice - all from a legal source.
  1. When I try to add a serial number in my adobe account, after typing in, I get a message that the number is being used.However, there is no indication of anybody using this serial number in active tools.

I'm not sure if this is related to your problem, but my CS6 apps have been unable to connect to Adobe's servers for verification for the past 24 days.  A chat with support revealed that the apps have reached their "end-of-life", will no longer be supported by Adobe, and the servers used to verify the apps have been discontinued.  The apps can run "offline" without verification for 30 days, so I get a message every day that my days are counting down until the apps stop working.

Possibly, you're running into that same problem trying to get your freshly installed CS6 apps to activate, because the servers are no longer available for verification?
