Problem with the app

I can't find any help from adobe... The Adobe premiere Apple app isn't recognizing my annual plans renew. I've logged out several times and deleted the app and re-download it, and nothing. 

any help, please?

What is the exact error you are receiving? Apple doesn't sell Premiere through the App store and this sounds like an error coming from Creative Cloud.

for apps purchased via an app store, contact the app store.  for apple, https://support.apple.com/apps
