problema con las licencias de abode creative cloud

Question

hemos comprado 25 licencias para ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD y, al abrir CREATIVE CLOUD DESKTOP, me aparfecen muchos de los programas para comprar o en versión de prueba y otros muchos me aparecen que no son compatibles.

Se supone que las licencias que hemos comprado son para poder usar todos los programas.

If so, you should have an account manager who could take a look at your issue.
