Problema installazione Creative Cloud.

Ho recentemente scaricato Creative Cloud dal sito ma durante l'installazione si blocca al 5% e non è possibile nemmeno chiudere la finestra.
Ho provato pure a far partire l'installazione come amministratore ma la finestra si chiude subito dopo aver fatto il login.

Thanks for the update Mattiap85866481, please follow the steps shared in the following thread to resolve this issue: Creative cloud failing for a year now - only options are quit or repair. Both fail.

If it still fails then please create a new admin user account on your machine and try installing the apps there and share the results.

As you have mentioned you are unable to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, please try the steps given under 'Solution 2' of the following help document to resolve this issue: How to fix the "Failed to install" error when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

i have followed the instructions but the install process keeps freezing at 5%
