Problema relacionado a subscrição / Subscription problem

Hoje após atualizar meu Adobe Creative Cloud observei que minha conta constava como "Trial", achei estranho, e fui checar meu cartão de crédito, a fatura estava lá, eu havia pago. Posteriormente fui até o histórico de pedidos, e percebi que não havia nada naquele lugar, como se nunca tivesse comprado o produto. Tenho comprovantes no email da compra, gostaria que me ajudassem, pois estou no meio de um grande projeto!

Today, after updating my Adobe Creative Cloud, 
I saw that my account is considered "Trial", 
found it strange and went to the credit card, the bill was there, I paid it. Later, I went to the order history, 
and realized that there was nothing there, as if I had never bought the product. I have vouchers in the email of the purchase, I would like you guys to help me, because I am in the middle of a great project!
