problème à l'ouverture de lightroom 9 code 205

bonjour

lorsque j'ouvre LR 9.1 il apparait un message d'erreur

"lightroom classic a rencontré une erreur et doit se fermer .......codde de reference 205 contacter le service client"

bien sur le servcice client est inexistant

est ce que quelqu'un a une idée pour resoudre mon pb ou quoi faire
