Reinhold

Do you still have a Windows XP computer that can support 14-year-old CS5.5?  Probably not.  🤔 🤔

We run all Win 10 PCs and the programm was working without any problem. I need the installation to be reactivated because there are some Plugins working with acrobat and Photoshop. Is there a possibility to get the CS 5.5 to work again?

Actually I can't activate anything at all. The first window that pops up is the problem of activation as i mentioned before. The further processes are all impossible.

activation/deactivation isn't related to install/uninstall.

that said, you should be able to reactivate on a computer that was not deactivated

I made the experience that all of a sudden the former CS 5.5 Installations didn't work anymore. The bad thing is that thoug deinstalled on the 3. PC (Win 10) the programm can't be activated again. That sounds that a licensing server from Adobe doesn't work well.

what problem do you see when trying to re-activate on an old computer that had an activation?

That version is no longer supported and nobody, not even Adobe support, may offer any help

If the DE-activation did not work properly there is no way to activate again
