Problème d'installation

Bonjour,

 

Je viens d'acheter Photoshop Lightroom mais au moment de l'installation, on me demande le Nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe. J'ai tapé 100 fois mon mot de passe, je l'ai changé aussi, mais il ne l'accepte toujours pas . Que faire ? Je n'ai pas trouvé d'aide directe.

Which version of Lightroom do you have buyed?

If you have a subscription you must installed the Creative Desktop Client first and login with the account data you've get. After this you can install Lightroom from CC client.
