Bonjour, jai télécharger Creative Cloud en donnant mon code d'achat sur Adobe, mais le lancement du telechargement de illustrator cs6 ne se fait pas, pourquoi? que dois je faire?

    have you downloaded the illustrator installation file(s)?

    have you installed illustrator?

    are you able to launch illustrator?
