Problème installation illustrator

Bonjour,

Je tentedésespérément d'installer Illustrator mais c'est toujours un echec.
Voici le message d'erreur :

    Thibault, the advice provided by Kglad is correct. Error 145 occurs because the installer is unable to move the necessary files to the required location. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error145 for more information.

    delete or rename 

     

    /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Sync/CoreSync/Core Sync.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCrashReporter.framework/Versions/A/Adobe Crash Reporter.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/MainMenu.nib/classes.nib

     

    restart your computer and retry installing.
