Problème téléchargement

Bonjour,

je n'arrive pas à télécharger les programmes adobe creative Cloud. Quand j'essaye de télécharger le programme, tout se passe bien : il me demande si je suis étudiant, débutant, ce que je veux faire (retouches photos...), puis mon programme commence à s'installer mais il est très vite "Annulé", sans que je sache pourquoi. Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution ?
