Problemi di installazione CS 5.5

Buongiorno. Ho installato sul nuovo iMac Pro con sistema operativo macOSMojave il pacchetto aziendale della Suite Collection CS 5.5 ma ho delle difficoltà a lavorarci perché i programmi crashano in continuazione. Nella primissima installazione mi aveva caricato tutto anche Acrobat X Pro, ma non funzionando l'ho disinstallato. Nel ricaricare il tutto non installa più Acrobat X Pro. Mi aiutate per favore per risolvere il tutto e riuscire finalmente a lavorare, grazie.

Ciccillo, can you please update the discussion title for this forum discussion.  The title indicates you are facing installation difficulties, but your post indicates that you are facing launch errors with Acrobat 10.

Jeff, il problema non è solo con Acrobat X Pro che non è più installabile ma tutto il pacchetto CS 5.5 che ha problemi, dato che tutti i programmi vanno in crash oltre che all'avvio mi compare la richiesta di Attivazione obbligatoria on line (peraltro già effettuata, puoi controllarla dal mio account). Comunque se vogliamo risolvere la cosa concentriamoci su Acrobat e poi al seguito. Aspetto tue indicazioni.

Thanks for the clarification, Cicillo.  I moved this public forum discussion back to the Get Started forum.

 

Ciccillo, I review the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, and I find that you have two upgrade licenses for Master Collection CS5.5 for Mac OS.  Both titles were registered two days ago on 11-25-19 and show no activation attempts.

 

Did you just purchase Creative Suite 5.5, Ciccillo, or did you just complete the registration process two days ago?

 

I also see that neither registrations were completed automatically; this points to a connection error between the computer and our activation server.  This may also be why you are attempting to complete the offline activation process.  You can find information on how to resolve the connection error at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

 

Finally, both licenses for CS5.5 Master Collection are upgrades.  You will be asked to enter the qualifying previous version serial number as part of the install process.  You can find more information at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-serial-number-qualifying-product.html.
