Problems activating CC on a second computer

Hello,

I've searched for an answer in Adobe forums and also over internet about my problem but I can't find any answer.

I have an Adobe plan with all apps and everything runs perfectly but I wanted to add a new computer to my account because in my plan I have 2 computers activations and it seems to be impossible to add another computer because the same one is already activated twice.

Now I don't know what to desactivate because all apps are running in 64bits but the Creative Cloud launcher is running 32bits.

Of course my OS is 64bits

Which one do I have to desactivate without losing any project save, app or the launcher?

Thank you for your answers.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my computer being listed 2 times for the same activation. How did you solve this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Your screenshot only shows one device as been active, this is from my account and as you can see I have 2 devices active

Thank you for your fast answer.

So a single computer is listed twice. I understand.

But how to allow a second one please?

When I installed Adobe Creative Cloud in my second computer, it says I have already connected 2 computers but as you can see, there's only one.

Try deactivating the 2 that's shown as active, does your Laptop have the same name as your desktop by any chance, not sure that would makes any difference but worth checking

Hi

Have you tried installing Creative cloud app on the other PC and installing the apps, mine looks similar to your's and it looks like you only have 1 device active, not sure why it shows like that

Hi,

Yes I tried it on the new computer with my Adobe account but the apps are only in 7 days trial because 2 computers are already active...

I really want to switch between my pc and laptop anytime I want 😞
