problems activating cs6

i have downloaded cs6, and now trying to sign in to activate and register. everytime i clink the link to sign in it comes up with a message telling me that there is no connection. my internet is connected and i have checked the computers time as the note suggests, which is fine, and still nothing. how do i register my cs6 so i can use?

    It lists the common issues and solutions.

    Ok, thanks for the help. If I have gone through every step on the document and everything is ok, but I'm ati getting the same message when I try to log in, what do I do?
