Problems completing Adobe Profile

Hi,

i keep receiving a message which asks me to complete Adobe Profile. i have to do this everytime i open any Adobe packages. My profile is complete, i cannot understand why this keeps happening.

Please help

    Frazarshad1234 which Adobe packages or software titles are you referring to exactly?  Also which operating system are you using?  Finally is your network managed or is this a unmanaged network/computer?

    Hi Jeff. I have the master collection CS6. I am on windows 7 on a private home network.
