I had put all my applications downloaded for trial in the trash and deleted them, but it says that they are installed and won't let me download now that I bought, how do I fix this?

I have the same issue...I had put all my applications downloaded for trial in the trash and deleted them, but adobe application manger says that they are installed and won't let me download now, my company subscribes to creative cloud and I need this for work. How do I fix this? Anyone?
