Problems downloading Acrobat Pro

Hello, I'm having problems in downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which I bought in 2015, on my new Mac; when I try to download it, installation gets stuck on "Readme", has anyone got any suggestions? Thanx, Gabrielle

I am having the same issues.  This is for a non-subscription, but fully paid for version of the Acrobat Pro DC (same version as me) and the installer freezes at the same space.  No one will help me from adobe because I dont have an "active subscription" - which makes no sense.

uninstall all acrobat and reader versions 

run the acrobat cleaner 

retry installing

Hi there, 

 

What version of Acrobat are you using? I don't see anything purchased under the Adobe ID associated with your ID that you are using with this community. 

Were you able to use Acrobat on the machine before your new Mac?
