Problems downloading and installing flash player update.

I am trying to download and install the Adobe flash player update and no matter what I do I keep getting a message from download manager saying that the connection failed try again. I can't play my games until I update so I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me please?

    Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?

    Uninstall Adobe Flash Player .

    Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall.

    Try to download and install Updated Flash player again and check:
