Problems downloading and installing UXP DEVELOPER TOOLS

Hi there, I'm trying to download UXP developer tools to my computer from Creative Cloud but it keeps on failing once it hits 1% of the process. I've already installed Rosetta 2 - my computer is Apple M2 Max Mac Studio.

I would appreciate if someone could help troubleshoot this.
